At BakeMi, all of our treats are handmade fresh to order with care and attention 💙
Because of this, our returns policy is slightly different from non-perishable products.
🧁 Perishable Goods
All BakeMi products are freshly made and perishable.
- We are unable to accept returns or exchanges once items have been delivered or collected
- This is due to food safety and hygiene regulations
- This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect
⚠️ Issues With Your Order
If something isn’t quite right, we’ll always do our best to make it right. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order if:
- Your order arrives damaged
- You receive the wrong items
- There is a quality issue

Depending on the situation, we may offer:
- A replacement
- A partial or full refund
- Credit towards a future order
🚚 Delivery Responsibility
Once your order has been delivered or collected:
- It becomes the customer’s responsibility to store items correctly (e.g. refrigeration if required)
- We cannot be responsible for issues caused by incorrect storage after delivery
If items are left in a safe place based on your delivery instructions, this is done at the customer’s risk.
